Cardiff Bay
A high quality medium density housing scheme for fifty-eight apartments in Cardiff city centre.
This project develops a central Cardiff site with a mixed used building providing commercial units at street level with residential accommodation above. The proposal is for a medium density building which provides 58 new residential units of a range of scales. The building is a brick building which is a contemporary interpretation of the vigorous Victorian brick architecture in the city. The site is in a conservation area. We are currently developing different options prior to planning.
